My Background

Hello!  My name is Tracey Angelo and I am an IPEC Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and hold a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation.

I have spent the majority of my professional career in the healthcare space, working in executive risk management and healthcare operations, where I have gained extensive experience empowering and leading teams and advocating for patient safety and quality improvement. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management and have a Fellowship distinction among the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.

How do I get started?

My Journey

For me, the  turning point in my life occurred when I was 42.  I knew I wasn’t all that different from many women with the same duties and responsibilities – juggling a full-time job, child care, extracurricular activities. I had experienced the death of loved ones, a  divorce, a job termination and the resultant financial hardships.  And what did I do?  I bought every Amazon self-help book I could get my hands on  and read them from cover to cover and the result… no change.  “What about a life coach?” my friend asked, sending me an email link to a website.  I politely declined the idea, but weeks later with no further progress made, I reached out and it was the spark I truly needed.  With my coach’s guidance,  I found love again, a fulfilling new career and even this new life coaching endeavor! I have overcome my struggle with my weight and have found a new love for exercise. I accomplished running a half marathon and hiking 5 national parks (but still have so many to visit!).   If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!  You don’t have to go through this alone.  Let me be your guide!
